Commentator mentioning how even Carlos Alberto Parreira’s mother complained to him about the style of game he had Brazil play in 1994 when he declared “f*** jogo bonito. Let ever other team worry about entertaining the masses”.

Neymar apparently isn't in in Philadelphia for this game.

I saw Ronaldo and Ronaldinho in the stands though.

I don't think Ronaldo has another game left in him, but Ronaldinho might.

I remember reading a story about Ronaldinho playing in some prison league a few years ago while he was in prison for using fake passports, and he totally went off and dominated.

The first time I saw this I had a hard time believing it was real. If I stood 10 yards in front of the goal and you let me throw the ball, I couldn't do it.

How TF can he miss an empty net so many times? Wanker.

There was a YouTube video I watched a long, long time ago that was a compilation of extremely bad misses, roughly sorted in order with the worst for last. The final one was one where an attacking player broke through on a loose ball although the keeper beat him to it, but fumbled it and it kind of took a lucky ricochet resulting in the attacker being clean through on goal just a couple yards out, and almost equidistant between the posts. He skied his shot into the crossbar.

I still remember as a kid, asking for a pass in pretty much 3 versus goalie and getting it, only for it to bounce randomly on that shitty field we were playing, hit my shin and i f***ing roof it way over the bar, like 2 meters away from the goal.

Was a tournament game too, but luckily we were already winning easily, which you can probably tell from that we had a f***ing 3 vs keeper, lmao.

World class footballers are insane. Even a big bruising defender like Tah, in one of the recent practices that got filmed for the fans, he just randomly launches the ball 30ft+ straight up in the air and catches it on his foot without having to take a step, while waiting around for the coaches. What world class attackers can do with time & space is just unbelievable.
