Well defensively they weren't tested at all, so hard to tell what to expect, although I like our defense except Sersen who I think has been tragic all year.

I thought they had some massive lapses on the defence. The hungarian goal was a mistake by defense and by Konrad. And a few times the Slovaks made passes in defensive third that were really bad. I think at one point on the PK there was almost a 4-1 opportuntity for the Hungarians. And again, a few times some of the Hungarian players were able to skate down the length of the whole rink and shoot, with 4 Slovaks around them and none of them going for the player with the puck...

I'll try and believe they were just not focused because they were complacent, but better teams Would rip them apart for the lapses they made touda

Hungarians singing their own anthem on their own despite a loss. Didn't see that at IHWC ever...

They're ptobably not going to win a game and get to sing it otherwise, so nice touch for the fans

Good effort. Hungary seemed to be more focused on head hunting rather than trying to actually play hockey. If they keep this up, they're bound to be relegated for sure.

Sofron made a bad hit, other than that i cant remember any dirty play, we were just physical.
And btw we clearly outplayed Slovakia in the third period, so I'm not so sure about that relegation. Slovakia on the other hand have seen better days...

I actually think Belarus, France and Germany will be much tougher opponents for you, our performance, especially in the 3rd period, was one of the worst I have ever seen at IIHF WC.

It's only one game, he was the best player of the team in the pre tournament games, let's see how he performs after 2-3 games.
