Could've defended betterNo matter how many goals we score, Sweden will always get one more - even if they’re lucky garbage goals. Nothing we can do here.

How do you defend a deflection?Could've defended better
I try to follow both, especially after Latvia scored first goal hoping for upset.
There is no way Sweden loses this, they will score that one goal, just matter of time.
That's the thing Swedish hockey was taught from studying North American hockey. You need skill, possession and getting a dirty nose in the crease. It has been systematical work for over a decade. No matter how many goals we score, Sweden will always get one more - even if they’re lucky garbage goals. Nothing we can do here.
Except game vs CzechsI was not worried. Sweden always elevates their play when the other team takes the lead. Seen the same thing happen again and again since i started watching tre kronor back when.

Ya can't give up yet, still over 6 minutes left.Sweden loss would make this tournament more interesting, but we know this won’t happen. Nothing ever goes our way...
Yep, stupid penalties + awful refereeing as well, same every yearLatvia keeps killing their chances of getting points from top teams because of taking stupid penalties in all their games I have seen this year...
Except game vs Czechs![]()
Nah fam, seems like you hang around just to **** on us.
Well yeah, thats easy to say when youve got players like Landeskog, OEL, Ekholm and we... dont.
Latvia has done a great job not only developing talent but also working with the strengths of that talent to be competitive. I don't know how anyone could be anything but impressed.Well yeah, thats easy to say when youve got players like Landeskog, OEL, Ekholm and we... dont.
To be fair, they are also fairly unlucky.Latvia keeps killing their chances of getting points from top teams because of taking stupid penalties in all their games I have seen this year...
Well, it's not like the Swedish hockey program has developed those players or anything.![]()
