The announcers here are starting to criticize the rink staff. "My dad was a janitor but this shouldn't take this long".

They’re still not done? Jesus christ..

I just hope Switzerland won't lose any momentum because of the interruption.

(I know, I listen to the pessimist in me too much)

Your biggest enemy is the regenerated energy for Austria from whats basically an extra intermission.

Wow Austria is playing really f***ing dirty in the last five minutes

Disgusting display by Austria. Cant beat them in hockey so they take three dirty crosschecking penalties in the last five minutes

Closer than it should have been, but good game by Switzerland. Apart from the lack of finish and the PP, not much to complain about.

Excellent game by the 4th line, especially Bertschy. Andrighetto was very good, but his line didn't click. Maybe Fischer will try something new tomorrow?

Andrighetto was not on his A game yet but looked pretty good already an is definitley an enrichment for the team. I would like to see him on the frist line though. Josi also better than in the last few games. The PP is still worrysome though despite the last goal on 5v3. Puck movement looked crisp on the first Unit mainly because of Hischier but they need to shoot more. Second Unit was weak again today. Maybe Fischer still to shuffle the Units a bit.

in some times, they over did it, too many passes.

When they shot ... it opened the gate (s of heavvent if we want ) .. and goals enter. And that is whtat they did at the end.

Not convinced by JOSI .. as you can see on my avatar ... i am fan of himm ... but honestly, so far ... he is not overwhelming ... .and is mistake prone ! however he remains Josi ... an excceptionall player ... but not in his good days !!!

Bertschy was really awesome, also again Fora and Frick who are doing really well.
All the defense have been excellent so far. Loeffel is surprisingly solid, Moser doesn't look like he is 18, Fora&Frick have been perfect.
Now, if they somehow fix the power play, and get the Haas line to work, I become optimistic. Praplan and Haas have been functioning together in the past (with Suter?) may be a possibility.

Josi still had some mistakes but I felt he played better overall today than against the Latvians. But I was only able to see about 75% of the game so maybe I have missed something.

I think that the his first period has been quite bad, a lot of mistakes and sloppy plays, he got better and better in the second and third

Josi takes some risk, but he's good enough to afford it. I'm more worried about Weber, dumb penalty and definitely not good enough to get the ice time that comes with being paired with Josi.

Fischer mixed the PP units, but I don't think the player material is the problem. There's just not enough support for the puck carrier. Many times today the Austria played with a very wide box and there was no movement to open passing lanes inside the box are along the board.

Deserved victory, shots 45-18, but it took too long to secure it. Onto Norway and let's hope they have the energy to get it done. Not very happy that Norway had one day of rest and got shellacked by Sweden 9-1. They're gonna be fresh and ticked off.
