If Laine gets shut down again it might hurth his draft stock even further.

PP2 has no righty.. ok? Koskiranta before Pulkkinen, why?

Like barkovs line today so far, soon ...

Playing well but same old can't finish. If they could raise the puck over pad, we would be leading already.

Weird. Usually Finland tries to do those too fancy pretty plays that are inefficient when a more straight-forward play would be more efficient. Now the pretty plays they are doing are really nice and they look like they should be really efficient, but still aren't :Z

I have yet seen Hietanen create something good with his shot.

Pulkkinen isn't playing on PP at all.

Pulkkinen only has a spot because of the powerplay and he doesn't even get played there and still is in the lineup, Jalonen is so brutal.
I want Pulu out of the lineup and this just makes zero sense.

Barkov is strong as a bull.

Feels like a bit of a waste that Koskiranta has had almost all of the best looks for team Finland so far.

Looks like we came to play today. :handclap: No goals yet but looks pretty good. The puck takes lots of odd bounces though.

Laine needs to work on his skating, one flaw in his game is that he moves too slowly at times.

Laine looks really slow.

Please don't take offence to this Finnish fans (you know I've praised the positive parts of his game on many occasions).

Laine looks sluggish and does not accelerate quickly, he's not going to have that type of time and space in the NHL.

I must agree..Matthews are soo much more ready for NHL than Laine

Atrocious play by Laine on that 4v2, don't know why he didn't pass to barkov who came in the second wave there. Squandered that one
