Yeah and it made club football really boring to watch. I started tuning out a couple of years ago and mostly just check scores nowadays . Still watch the national team but thats about it.
I grew up dispising Bayern Munich and would just make me sick watching them win all the time.

I stopped going to the games a long time ago.

Years ago ARD or ZDF showed WC every year and viewer ratings was good.

But they showed only the afternoon games and a short resume late in the evening.The ratings were good because there were only a few programms.Furthermore the german stars Kühnhackl Kiesling etc were playing all in germany. How many people in germany know Seidenberg or Rieder?

Who from the Belarus side looks good? Like if you had to pick fantasy guys from the Belarus squad who do you go with? I know like Kalyuzhnys and Kastitsyns are pretty good and could break out but Platt and Linglet have looked better as well as some others so who is looking good out there?

I think it helped that Germany was near always in Quaterfinal.
People would know player if they are succesful in WC like Kühnhackl,Hegen or Trunschka.
