GDT: Group A - May 21 - Finland vs Germany

If we should know anything about Sweden it's that they coast through the group stages and put in zero effort, you can't judge anything by those games. They always show up for meaningful games. Underestimating Sweden right now is a big mistake.

I would never underestimate Sweden, neither the players. The thing is, in this tournament Sweden has everything to loose. They have won two years in a row, they almost have their best roster as well. I honestly believe there is a chance that they could underestimate both Germany and Finland.
But against USA and Canada they would show up and i´m pretty sure they would beat both of them.

What happens if the Swiss beats Czech in this game?

How has Mikkola so few points in freaking AHL with that skating and those hands?

Should come to Europe if his AHL coach can only get so little out of him.

Of course it's possibility that Mikkola is playing out of his mind right now but i doubt it.

I think "the call on the ice is confirmed" sounds harsh. "The call on the ice stands" would have made more sense. The video wasn't conclusive.

That was questionable.
I would have taken back that goal.
It wasn't questionable. I don't really care about whether you'd have made the wrong call or not. But he was pushed in, he specifically avoided contact as well, and puck was in the crease by the time he entered it(pushed in too).
