Uh, Finland's last game lineup had Jere Sallinen as 3C over Eetu Luostarinen, who's out of the tournament with a knee injury.

There. Enough nega juju. Now Kakki ends up in New Yorko, not old jersey. 0+0, sorry.

I forgot to say, Germany wins 8-2, and Kuhnhackl scores most of them.

No takers? Kuhnhackl family is scary and we know how to take it up the exhaust pipe in fluent rally English. But I expected more... well, Canadians and stuff. Hello Czecho? Lithuania? Poland? Are we too European these days, Brits relegating after this game and all

Ilomaki as 1C. Why oh why not Kakka Kaappi. (Because lines don't matter in these tourneys. But still.)

Prediction: Draisaitl TOI 20+, Kakko TOI 14+, unpredictable results, Anttila penalty, high feelbad/bettings ratio.

Finland needs to show up. If they arrive with the sort of effort we saw vs France, this'll be over before it even gets to fully begin.

Game is at noon, not much at stake for either team... Promises to be an extremely forgettable game.

Well, the real games start Thursday, so there's that. Not long now.

So if Germany wins, they will rematch in the quarterfinals, correct?
