GDT: Group A - May 16 - Finland vs Denmark

Now this performance by the Finns is suitable to the roster on paper. I hope the Finns never play against Sweden or Russia in this tournament.

Let's be honest, none of the teams from group A are making the semis. No way Finland beats Russia, Sweden, Czechs or even the Swiss.
 
Nothing much to get excited about in this game. Kakko, Luostarinen and that's it.

Finland deserves to be losing. So freaking stupid. How's Finland so bad at generating scoring chances vs weak teams?
 
I'm not surprised that Dennark can put up a fight.

After all they got a few nhl players and a lot of players with experience from swedish leagues.

I was more surprised that Denmark started the tournament so poorly.

Yeah, because US and Canada both suck at hockey. They're at their best when they're not the favourites to win, could very well beat them. You thought a team where Anttila has the highest TOI would walk over Denmark like nothing?
