The Meldonium seems to have really kicked in now for team russia, they are favourites now.

No arguments from me...the way Team Canada looked for much of their game today...Ah but Burns may be coming...Methinks we need him...

It is because most of our penalties are not even "physical".
We have 30*2 after four games, whereas the second worst is Belarus and USA with 24*2.
We are in a very clear lead in that department.

This lack of discipline is something a coach has to deal with and not apparently let slide for 4 matches in a row. It's a trend towards a reverse to "old school danish hockey" with players doing whatever they wanted.

Yup, agreed... its sad :(

Well, Denmark just took too many penalties and let Russia get into cruise control. Happy that our boys finally started scoring more, good game. The Shipachov, Panarin, Dadonov line looks very strong.

Nah. Canada just played down to competition, they're still favorites. Russia was pumped cause they were criticized a lot, they still lost to the no-names Czech team. And the worst Canada defenseman is better than the best Russian.

I am impressed by this Russian team.

We will see how the others will do but for the time being ... Russia is favorite.

Davai Rossia

Congratulations...

This....

Who cares about relegation? A win against Latvia and Kasakhstan will most likely place us in the quarters. Could we please get some sense back in to the debate? Stop looking downwards all the time and look upwards. Apart from the Russia game we have looked stronger than ever against the big countries, when playing ES. Obviously the penalties is a problem that needs to be dealt with, but lets not pretend this is all bad.
