Lots of giveaways and blown coverage

Holy crap, that was our best performance in years.
You got the year correct.Congratulations to your country for the win. May be Slovakia begins again the glorious time when they won the title. I don't remember when it was if I'm correct around they year 2002 or was it later or earlier?
He played the 2nd pairing with Marincin. He, like all of the team looked great today.Just wondering, how did Christian Jaros look? What pairing did he play on?

Yeah Hughes I thought was the best offensive player while Eichel was the best all around forward todaySlovakia played an incredibly hard and energetic game and USA kinda got ran over. Hughes played surprisingly well on this level and probably created the most chances for his team. Although maybe the Slovaks didn't want to go as physical against him.
Also what's up with Eichel's face?

This is Usa thread. They won last time in 1960. And nonethless Canada relies on star power power not on tactics. When was the last time Canada won without icing best team on paper?oh for gods sake, you do realize Canada has won this tournament several times right?, the last time just 3 years ago and back to back?
And does Sochi ring a bell? what happened all those times? europeans couldn't play at a tactical higher level?
The tournament is cyclical, posts such as these are such chest pounding after a win nonsense.
So Finland Slovakia playing for the first place in group tomorrow.
Well I meant interim first place.Let's not get ahead of ourselves after one game.
