Whether it should be a goal is irrelevant. The net was off, and the rules state that goals into moved nets are not counted.

If it was the other way around, and it did count, you'd have a different faction going nuts because the refs aren't following the rules.

EDIT: Quick accidentally knocked it off. In the NHL, this would have been a good goal.
