since the mid 90s Finland has had an elite goaltending recruiting and training program. Sweden picked it up shortly after. Canada started theirs in 2012 lol.

Dallas and he plays for our AHL team as an 18 year old. Absolutely gorgeous skater in person. Video doesn't do it justice.
