Thats the first time I heard it. Did they keep saying it during the pre-tournamnet games? I wasn't fully paying attention during them.

The biggest part about that story is us Leaf fans will make sure everyone knows he will be a Leaf in 2021.

Canada has more talent throughout the roster this year, I think. Goaltending did not save them previously, but there is a very good bunch of skaters here.
