He's 17 playing in a tournament with the best 19 year olds in the world. It's always like this. Crosby didn't go out and dominate the tournament either. This tournament is great but hardly ever really shows what a player will become in the NHL.

Eichel has missed wide on the long side three times leading to clearing attempts. Sometimes you need to just make the smart play and dump it deep.

Man, Team USA make really stupid unforced decisions with the puck. Canada has been way more solid with the puck and away from it.

I think that might be because of the speed of the game at the CHL level vs the USHL and NCAA.

USA usually adjusts well.
