Yes, Wendel is along the same lines as Mark Howe and Mogilny....each of them were very well-known for shots other than slapshots, and none of them used the slapper very often, but each had a really great slapshot.Undoubtedly Clark's wrist shot was the most lethal in his arsenal but although he didn't use it as often, his slap shot was a BOOMER! The shot that knocked Cujo's hemlet off is his most infamous, but throughout years of watching Leafs games from that era, I marveled every time Clark launched off a slapper. Speaking of, LeClair's slap shot might not have been the most accurate but it was an absolute ROCKET! Marvelous!
