Refs were actually really good tonight. The refs were a Canadian and Swedish, the Latvian ref nowhere to be seen. It all makes sense now. Worst ref of the tournament.

Always keep your team open for additions., Stupid that Finland and Sweden closed their teams. Czechs won with the addition of Necas, Zacha & Pastrnak.

That's the one thing I don't like tbh, feels like there should be a minimum amount of ganes played to play in the elimination rounds.

Is there any particular reason why has the IIHF and the NHL not negotiated the date of the WC to be after the playoffs? I mean it's been 50 years since NHL players could take part.

He has a contract for next year in Davos. We'll see next spring if he's able to get another WC.

He says he'll not retire from the national team but he'll accept when he doesn't get a call anymore.
