Just my 2 cents.. Gibson is very good. I think he could help a team win a Cup. I'm an Oil fan and I'd be totally fine with him in our crease. Goalies are weird and you never know year to year but he seems to be good.

selfishly, Anaheim has our silver hero Suchanek and I'm all for a Suchanek/Dostal tandem with Radko on the blue line.

Gibson wasn't very good this year but it could be because the Ducks weren't making the playoffs. It is possible that with a contender he does better.

No shootout... 20 minute periods of 3 on 3 till it's done.

FTR.. not at you... the shootout isn't a Euro thing. It's a tournament thing as they have to empty the building and get the new fans on. When this was in Quebec or every U20.. it's all shootouts. Stop blaming my people HF.lol

Czech Extraliga routinely ends in game 7 going 8 periods. No joke. We all agree shootouts suck.

Having said all that... No game after this so they will go till it's over.
