first and only game of the tournament I will be able to watch. No emotional investment at all in this tournament. Hope Canada wins but I am ok with Finland winning.
 
Finland has won 9 in a row...If they keep a clean slate/ make it 10, do they get a million Euros like Canada last year? If so, offer our Boyz half and maybe they'll throw the game ;)
 
I have no idea what to expect, anything can happen today.

Finland has been the best team here, but Canada has the best talent in the lineup, let's see if we Finns can go for another miracle win here.

Going to absolutely hate it if we lose but damm have they impressed me.

TV just had ray ferraro interview, he said most impressive player that he didin't know is Esa Lindell.

Lindell is usually solid, but he has made lots of mistakes IMO. Was he right or should we start to think ray ferraro didin't know what he was talking about :D

Ray Ferraro's a mook. He gets a ton of love, and respect, for some reason though.

Agree. I mean out of all Finnish coaches, he manages to get into a NHL?

Yeah that was weird. Ohtamaa has been absolutely fantastic and makes Lindell look bad by comparison, too many hazardous passes
 
Go Canada! :) It will be a very tough game. Finland is playing the best all around hockey in this tournament. Can't wait for McDavid, would be cool for him to score a goal in both world junior and world senior championship finals :nod: I believe he will be having his best game of the tournament.
 
Lindell has been one of the worst players for Finland this tourney. Lots of turnover and bad passes. Kivistö and Ohtamaa has been the best defensive pairing for us.
