Congratulations to Canada! An extremely dominant win, as expected.

For Russia, we hoped for better than this, but obviously, such hopes weren't very realistic. Our defense was devoured, as they have been for almost every game in the tournament. This team didn't really belong in this game, but good goaltending got us here. Bobrovsky kept the team in many games, but he was really shaky today. The most positive thing you could say is that the tasks to be done to fix this kind of performance are specific and clear.

Have to say Prague hosted a great tournament in terms of atmosphere and fans, a beautiful city that's a hockey hotbed, but with culture...and affordable for traveling fans.

lol, it's obvious the Russian have been letting their emotions get the better of them in recent years. If you can't see it, then I don't know what to tell ya.

They need to find a balance. They have more than enough skill to win gold in any tourney....it's their emotions letting them down lately.

I can't see it because I'm using facts, not cherry-picking tourneys to suit my biased opinion.

The Russians won the tourney last year. They've had better finishes at the WJCs. Your justification is bunk. You can enjoy a win without making **** up.
