I'm Canadian and I really not bothered by that celebration. These are young kids and for some of them it will be the highlight of their career. Play like you want to play and show emotion whichever way you want as long as it doesn't hurt anybody. Why does everything have to be so politically correct...

I get emotion and celebrating but at some point you are just being a jackass. Taunting a bench, giving your opponent a hit after the goal when he's just standing there, that's crossing that line.

I wish NHL coaches did it more often.

The difference is that in the WJC they usual have two similarly skilled goalies whereas in the NHL one goalie is usually way better than the other one. Hard to justify pulling your starter for a backup who, even on a good night, might not be better than the starter on a bad night
