Do you think Canadians care when they win these tournaments?

I'm Canadian and i care when we win these tournaments, i also know its nowhere near our best lineup but uts still Canadians playing hockey and i love watching and winning.

If we lose I'll be upset but things happen, good for Finland if you guys win, calls and this that or the other thing you never know where they are going to go but other than those the actual game has been fun and interesting.

I don't see a way Canada is not winning this game. 3vs3 massive advantage for Canada.

3 on 3 is usually a coin flip.

One team has two guys deep and they miss the net and the other team goes down the ice and scores.

No matter what the result of this game, the refs need to be reviewed and potentially fired/demoted. You can't ref championship games with that level of play calling.

All I have to say is good that Canada tied the game up. The reffing in the 3rd period has been simply atrocious.

True but when the calls are gong one way its very suspect. Why did the refs review the Canada goal but not the highstick penalty? What is going on there?

Nobody is railing against the Fins or their fans.

They haven't gone "one way".

One single high stick penalty vs. many missed calls, including that one on 3-2 goal.

Im enjoying this situation. Its kinda fair that it went to OT, i hope refs do the only thing bad refs should do: put the whistle to pocket and tell it to players. Only blatant penalties called, if they are on scoring chance.

Yeah, exactly this. I didn’t even realize this tournament was still going on.

Obviously I root for Canada to win but, like the Spengler Cup, I don’t care about it that much considering the roster we’ve sent.

Too bad the IIHF doesn't do something about the refs but it has been like this for 50 years and it's not going to change.
