Goals against review thread

That was "turdtacular". lol I know how satisfying this was for your softie honors.
I haven’t given him many this year, but I know he had one fairly recently, which happened to come on a night where there was only 2-3 games played.

And it wasn’t a terrible goal and certainly wouldn’t have been softy of the night last night. Actually, it was that goal against the Leafs where the official got in the way and blocked the puck from being cleared (or something?) and a Leafs player got it and blew it over his glove from well out.

But because there was only like two goals I counted stoppable that night and the other one was a “little less stoppable or bad looking” than that one, he got softy of the night by process of elimination that night.

This one was a pretty easy softy of the night goal. No controversy.

And the third Jackets goal wasn’t good either. He easily gloved it, but couldn’t hold on to it. That tied the game 3-3 in the 2nd but it was the last goal the Jackets would score in that game.

To be fair it looked like he was editing a journal article when he gave that up. I’m sure it will be published in the Lancet.

Softy of the night is this Adam Klapka goal on Georgi Romanov

Not really softy of the night caliber, but there were only three to choose from and the other two were really no worse.

Romanov appears to catch this puck in his glove and loses it. Most of the time I give a goalie a stoppable goal for a goal on a puck that comes out of their glove.
