He's been pretty good, beat Woll but hit the post/crossbar and made a nice Thorntonesque pass to set up Hronek. Been carrying the puck and setting up chances.

Winning puck battles and playing physical much improved.

Hronek is having a great game overall.

And Garland seems to have returned to form.

Boeser is not there.

He gave it his all in the 1st, but I thought he tailed off in the 2nd.

There was a play where had to turn it up ice in the neutral zone and he looked slow.

On balance, good game though.

Probably his conditioning is not as good due to injury, that is sort of understandable. We are not asking for All Star Petterson, we are asking him to try his best.
