Ya. If your starter can’t start three in a row 2+ months after coming back when there is rest between each game and even no practice you don’t have a starter.

Exactly. And 3 games in a row isn't really putting him through the paces either. That's just a regular starters job. If he gets injured doing a regular starters job, then injury wise he might be cooked.

You have to play him as much as you can to know what he is CURRENTLY, so you can make moves in the future to maximize the success of the team

After missing eight months and an entire offseason plus, with a very capable 1B and a two-week break upcoming, the option to give him a game off of the past three and extra rest seems prudent.

So give ep1 thirty-five mins a game every game to make sure his knee can hold up ?!?!
