Hope the home crowd boos the American anthem like they did in Ottawa and Calgary
I hope the booing continues Canadawide and they just drop the anthems altogether because of it.

To hell with that. Republican voters receive a diet of 100 percent propaganda, and if they hear an arena full of Canadians booing their anthem while watching a game, maybe one or two of them ask why. Also personally I find it deeply cathartic. Never felt more patriotic in my life.Abbotsford also doesn't play until Friday (or practice for several days, I'd assume) with the AHL on their All-Star break.
I don't know that booing the anthem of nearly half the team's players is necessarily the most constructive idea.
Realized that after posting. Sorry about that.As hard as it may be in our current political climate, let's keep politics out of the forum and focus on hockey please.
Allvin mentioned at the press conference yesterday the plan was to get him up so he could spend some time working with the coaching staff.I doubt Mancini plays today. Think they just want to give their new pickup time with the big club and make him feel valued.
100% That last game was just a disaster for Juulsen. Get D_Petey in there and let him grow... The errors and learning can't be worse than what we say last game...Absolutely cannot play Juulsen again. D Petey provides Juulsen's physical presence without the god awful decision making and puck skills
Agreed. Debrusk and Boeser don't seem to compliment each other anyways...They should balance the top 6
Joshua - Pettersson - Boeser
DeBrusk - Chytil - Garland

Definitely think you need to put Garland with Chytil. Apparently, the kid's stupid fast. Which I think Garland will compliment.
Abbotsford is off till Friday—all-star break.Don't love calling up Mancini right now. Seems like a ploy to show off their shiny new toy. He should get some reps with Abbotsford to learn the systems.
It would be really dumb not to go with Lankinen.Hmm, non playoff Eastern team on the second of back to back road games = an almost certain Demko start tonight, despite his last game. Hope I'm wrong...
Lankinen already confirmed according to ben kuzmaIt would be really dumb not to go with Lankinen.
It now also makes it so we have 2 d pairings that can either skate the puck out of our end or hit our forwards with a pass with their feet moving up ice.If nothing else, we have a faster forward group today than we did before the trades. Might help our transition game, especially with a stronger back end supporting it.
