Is it a strong defensive system? Is it a great offence? Is it a strong 5v5 game?

Please tell me, what does he do well...?

the team has played like and had the mentality and discipline of a competitive hoickey team for 1.5 seasons. in spite of the bullshit they have continued to mostly play the system until this last roadtrip. that is good coaching.

the reality is that our two best forwards are playing like shit and the rest of the team, including hughes, is crumbling under the strain of compensating.

i am comfortable that this is a best players not being your best players problem. pettersson has been pathetic since he came back and miller is a checked out ghost.

Okay, change the core. But are you really confident if they change the core up that he will coach this team to be ELITE at anything? Cause what I see from his systems is utter, boring garbage that ain't winning unless his goalie plays out of his mind.
