It all started with a brainfart by Roy behind the net, I don't know what he was thinking there.
Past few games, outside of the 1st period in Detroit, I thought we’ve been positionally sound but the d-zone sloppiness has been an issue. Surprisng given the stability in the pairings.

Another issue …another screwed up odd man. I wonder if all the back to backs limiting practice time is a factor.

Logan Thompson with a stout performance in net earns today's game puck. Only 1GA on a fluke bounce.

PLD gets the only HM.

Didn't think they were very good today. Offense has definitely dried up. A lot of their offensive success early on came from high energy and effort and that has been severely lacking recently. Also way too many turnovers by our defense today.

The offense drying up was predictable, we had an unsustainably high shooting % to start the season. This team’s identity last year was to win low scoring games consistently.

If we can keep the opposition down to 1-2 goals against, I think we should have no trouble scoring 3 or 4 most nights. My biggest concern is giving up the first goal of the game all the time.
