Just got done watching on DVR, and I haven't read through the comments, but............

What a freaking spectacular win. From coming from behind multiple times, to picking up Chuckie for his gaff, to Stromer losing chicklets and continuing to play at a high level.

I'm old and cynical enough to not care, and this one made me proud. And it seems like the kind of a game that will make the team bond even further.

Lets go Caps!

I think if you ignore circumstances this was a much bigger boner than the Samsonov mistake against Boston in the postseason. Samsonov didn't literally put it into his own net, and you could at least partially assign a small amount of blame to Schultz as well.

But yeah this mistake will likely be mostly forgotten in a few weeks.

While he hasn't been the #1 so far this year and hasn't really seen last year's success, every interview he gives he is 100% real, very Oshie-like heart-and-soul dude, I'm sure they love him in the locker room

The way this team pulled it together to come back from that and the other deficits in the game make this game pretty special

Yeah I was impressed with this win. Good team on the road and not only did they come from behind, but did so with CL not having a great game. Not just his first tuck lol, but he gave up 2 goals because he didn’t know where the puck was. Bad games happen and it’s nice the team picks people up.

Also 2-2 without Ovie against tough opponents, makes me happy
