While Tocchet absolutely deserves some blame, there's also a limit to what he can do with the personal he's been given. Soucy and Myers have been horrible together, Juulsen is unplayable and both Deharnais and Forbort were project/depth, respectively.

Couple that with Miller clearly playing hurt, Boeser out and who even knows with Pettersson and at some point we have to blame both the players themselves and Allvin.

The only players exempt from any real blame for our inconsistency are Garland, Suter, Blueger, Sherwood, Hughes and Hronek. And we can't count Joshua for obvious reasons.
