Cole was so good for the regular season and 1st round.

His play in the 2nd round was beyond atrocious. He was worse than Juulsen.
Yeah, for sure. Can see a team getting good value out of Cole if they can load manage him but didn’t make sense here at $3 million given the team’s lack of depth on the left side.

But I think a chunk of what has been attributed to Tocchet’s system was probably more that the team actually finally assembled a good defence for the first time in ~10 years and they’ve lost that this year.

My god if we had actually mixed up our approach like this a long time ago this season is completely different.

No idea why they didn't try this 14 games ago.

It's official.....the Canucks home record is a huge red flag. Once you get past Hughes and Hronek, this blueline just falls off a cliff.

I think the D just can’t handle opening up of the system, I think we need to revert back
