Ugly period but at least they didn't give up the first goal again so there's that

I'm not sure why the Canucks often look so terrible at home.

One thing I'll always remember about Horvat is how much of a ox he was. When he gains control of the puck, he's so hard to control and knock off the puck.

I always thought he would make a better winger than center, just because his all around game never developed, and he was never a play driver...his only saving quality at center was face offs, but man he would look great on Petey's wing.

Beginning to wonder if the soft early season schedule is becoming a problem. Their first periods aren't just 'bad', they're becoming an embarrassment. They look like they're skating in quicksand.

Lankinen is dead in the middle of the pack for starts right now.

We've played hardly any games and 0 B2Bs and they've handled the goalie situation almost perfectly given the schedule.
Doing a much better job with the goaltenders than with the hydration situation.

Just for maximum chaos, you know what would rile this team up?

If we hosted a Mark Messier Appreciation Night. Let's fly that dumb f***er out here and shine a spotlight on his giant bald head.

If that doesn't get them fired up, nothing will.

I'm looking at the entire body of work, to include me screaming at the tv last year about giving the injury prone Demko a rest.

I could be wrong, I guess time will tell the tale.
