Honestly,

Im surprised how little people are penalised for such predatory hits when compared to other sports.

I'd said the same when Marchand got hit by Bennet, you cant just call it a "tough sport" and let people head hunt.

The NHL and DOPS needs to protect their players a lot better than this. 3 games off is nowhere near enough to stop this kind of incidents.
