Great win....but...this was a couple of missed Lankinen saves away from being a 7-6 loss. Too much sloppy play and missed assignments.

Good win but they gotta clean up the coverage in the D-zone.

Blowout wins like this are good because we can rest guys like Hughes and Miller. Ice times all across the board were pretty even. Hughes below 20 mins and no forward under 10 mins.

Yah I was thinking that too. When you’re up 3 goals (before their 3rd) you can really rest the top guys. Nice luxury.

Hughes played less than 20 min and dominated shot differential and xG. Perfect kind of game for him.

Brannstrom-Desharnais pulled their weight decently well (not sure how long it'll last), but Soucy-Myers absolutely stunk. Don't know if CHI scores a 5v5 goal with an average performance from them.

Thought Petey was finally one of our best forwards. Has been ramping up for the last 3 games.

Nice of Danton Heinen to pop 2 and fade back into being a ghost (not in a bad way). We should probably expect this from him.

Both top 6 and bottom 6 are doing really well right now. Could use more DeBrusk, but he's still been fairly solid. Not sure if Bains sticks, he hasn't stood out enough to push out Aman once Dak is back.

Lankinen back with a great performance.
