Solid period overall. Goal came from the exact line we wanted it to.

Concerned about Miller though, he's looking banged up.

Miller is making some goofy plays out there since he got shook up, hopefully he gets a reset in the intermission.

Sherwood great pk ability alone could potentially make up for a few wins in the season and give us a better spot should we make the playoffs

Our power play is still sucking. That's why I was hoping Lekk would make the team, because his one timer would improve the 2nd unit, or even the 1st unit if Miller is better deployed in the bumper spot. He is built for that spot.

Liked most of our forwards that period, but Boeser looked checked out. Sherwood, Suter, Heinen, and Blueger look like an awesome PK set.

Miller's injury could be tough if EP doesn't step up on the regular. But we've got Raty and enough W depth to reasonably survive an IR stint.

VD had a much better start, didn't hear Brannstrom's name which is a positive. Hopefully they can't take some load off of Hughes-Hronek.

Despite how great JT has been

EP is our most talented player

You dont bet against talents after one disappointing playoffs

Only if it became a repetitive sequence like Mitch Marner
