Yeah, people love prospects and rookies but the thing with prospects and rookies is that they usually kind of suck. And playing them is usually a step backward in the hope you’re investing in a future step forward.

Nobody looks at if a player is a winner. Point is a winner.

What exactly encapsulates a 'winner'? How do you scout that? Seems arbitrary.
