CAP SPACE (22-man roster): $8,064,167

We believe our offense and defense are much improved. I have a ton of depth, and have scoring in all units, and have one of the best young goalies in the league. VOTE BRUINS over Penguins

We would like to wish Good Luck to our opponents.

:hawks

Brandon Saad - Jonathan Toews - Marian Hossa
Patrick Sharp - Dave Bolland - Patrick Kane
Bryan Bickell - Andrew Shaw - Victor Stalberg
Daniel Carcillo - Marcus Kruger - Michael Frolik

Duncan Keith - Brent Seabrook
Nick Leddy - Michal Rozsival
Niklas Hjalmarsson - Johnny Oduya

Miikka Kiprusoff
Ray Emery

Vote Chicago. The Blackhawks have been firing on all cylinders this season and I didn't want to overtinker with what was clearly working. The addition we did make bringing in Kiprusoff provided us an absolute game breaker in net.

You're pretty much guaranteed a conference finals spot with St. Louis or Boston, it's sad. (and sometimes Pittsburgh and LA)

Yup, the voting has gotten a little stale this year. Although to be fair that hasn't been a ton of hockey to alter change the Boston/STL/Pitts bias.

:nucks

Time to blow it up. The Sedins, Kesler, Burrows, Bieksa and Edler are all available

My team is very good and deserves to be in the conference finals. I have a great offense and defense and worked hard to build my team.

For the first time ever in GM Game history, upon reasonable grounds, Alexander Ovechkin is on the trade block.

For everyone that complains that only Boston, St. Louis, Los Angeles etc. can win these games, now is your chance to buck the trend.

VOTE FOR CHICAGO!

This is the first time I have been in this GM game. I have worked hard to build my team , we have great depth and can score on all lines, and have the best defense in the league IMO. Please vote because of talent, instead of trying to buck a trend.

Wut. The defense has a rookie playing Top 4 minutes in his first post-season ever, backed by one of the worst bottom-pairing bluelines out of the post-season teams and 2 AHL-calibre reserves.

:nucks

Already received 2 offers for the Sedins, and two quick rejections,. They're elite offensive players in the league, I will not trade them for a 2nd line winger and a pick. We're looking to shake the core up, and we'll look for another playoff calibre team that is looking to do the same.

And I haven't worked hard to build my team? I scoff at thee.

Pitkanen would be another Kaberle in Boston. Eriksson is playing his wrong side, and Raymond isn't welcomed in the Bruins locker room.

Pay your dues and take a seat, rookie. ;)

Ugh my record in SCFs is brutal. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.

You're not going to like the return
:sarcasm:

Gardiner, Bozak, and our 1st are way too valuable (specifically bozak; first line centers that are great on the draw and defensively are hard to come by), Ovie is not worth that much.

Kadri would be the centerpiece of the deal. Before this year he was considered a bust by most, but he has clearly shown that he is going to be a 1st line center for a very long time. Now, with Ovie coming back, we need to clear up some spots on the wing, so I will add MacArthur to the deal. This may seem like not that much going to Washington for Ovie, but OVie's contract is veyr long and bad. I do think that the Leafs would need to add though so I am proposing a 3rd round pick in 2013, this will bring a quality asset to washington as this draft is very deep.

thoughts?
