With that move our 4th line for next season is set

Ben Smith - Jake Dowell - Igor Makarov

We really like the potential of that 4th line as Smith has shown to be a very versatile player and good leader and Dowell has been solid in NHL.

Makarov has bottom 6 experience from his time in KHL and can play PK/PP and gives that line a dangerous offensive threat

My understanding as well, and I searched high-and-low for any reference to this season. Didn't find one.
In other news:

have re-signed forward Justin WIlliams to a 5-year deal worth $20M. Justin has established himself as a solid and reliable 2nd-line winger who can put up points and plays a tenacious two-way game. We're happy to have him a King for at least the next 5 years.

In talks with a team to acquire a #1 C for the 4th overall pick. Likely to be a Nugent-Hopkins/Larsson. We're aware this type of player could help us but we are chalked full of young talent and are needing some top tier talent to finish up this quick reload for next season.

BUSY DAY IN NEW JERSEY

The New Jersey Devils have traded their 2011 first (2nd overall) and second (32nd overall) round picks, along with forward Kory Nagy to the Atlanta Thrashers for defenseman Zach Bogosian and Atlanta 2011 first round pick (16th overall).

We are thrilled to add a player of Zach caliber. He is already established in the NHL while being very young. The choice to part with the 2nd overall became obvious at the moment we realized that our guy would go 1st overall. Zach is very talented and he will bring a lot to our defense core for years to come.
