Trade to Announce!

:canes Max Domi

:habs Nino Niderreiter + Haydn Fleury + Ryan Suzuki

That will probably be all for the Hurricanes. We have acquired a starting goaltender, a top line winger, and another able top-9 forward. However, the :jets are still active in looking for a LHD.

Confirm. A good return for Domi and now we have the Fleury and Suzuki brothers. Nino is available if anyone wants him.

as mentioned before. Deadline is today. Let’s say 8 pm eastern?

To Nashville:

Calvin DeHaan
Andrew Shaw
Trent Frederic
Brandon Hagel
Ian Mitchell
BOS 1st 2021
VAN 2nd 2021
CHI 3rd 2020

To Chicago:

Matt Duchene
Matt Irwin

What originally started as a bit of a re-build has turned into more of a re-tool on the fly with the acquisition of Duchene. Obviously tough to move that much quantity out in a single deal, but you've gotta give to get and this allowed us to hold onto the real blue chippers in the system. Happy to be able to add a legitimate top-line center to the roster as the team continues to try and compete during the Kane/Toews era.

Looks like we willl be done until the offseason, so will post our final roster now.

:sabres

V. Olofsson - J. Eichel - S. Reinhart
J. Skinner - T. Hertl - J. Roslovic
M. Johansson - N. Bonino - M. Frolik
Z. Girgensons - J. Larsson - K. Okposo
X - M. Perrault, C. Lazar

R. Dahlin - H. Jokiharju
L. Pilut - B. Montour
R. Simek - C. Miller
X - W. Borgen

L. Ullmark
A. Georgiyev

Buffalo's biggest problems were secondary offense (specifically at C), goaltending, and deadweight.

We added Hertl and Bonino to make our C groups now one of the best in the league. And Roslovic and Perrault to improve our depth

Goaltending got a huge upgrade by dumping Hutton and getting a solid young goalie in Georgiyev.

And we dumped all the deadweight costing us wins (Mittelstadt, Vesey, Sheary, McCabe, Bogosian, Hutton). Only semi-significant current loss was Ristolainen and only major long term one was our 1st.

Vote Buffalo for playoffs!

Still around between now and the deadline. Could be in the market for a top-nine winger or top-four defenceman, but cap is tight, so I'd need to send contracts back.

Shopping Robin Lehner hard, willing to retain 50% as well, first reasonable offer probably gets him.

:coyotes

T. Hall - M. Zibanejad - P. Kessel
C. Keller - N. Schmaltz - C. Garland
P. Marleau - C. Soderberg - J. Fast
L. Crouse - D. Stepan - V. Hinostroza
X - B. Richardson, M. Grabner

O. Ekman-Larsson - E. Johnson
J. Chychrun - A. Goligoski
J. Benn - N. Hjalmarsson
X - J. Oesterle

D. Kuemper
A. Raanta

Upgraded our center position and defense by finally getting this team a real 1C in Mika, and upgrading by getting Johnson.

Also shored up our depth with cheap veteran acquisitions like Marleau, Fast and Benn.

In a weak Pacific, we have made more upgrades than arguably every other team.

Vote Coyotes 1st in Pacific!

NJD done until the offseason. Obviously a disaster season where we traded Hall, Palmeri, Vatanen, and Simmonds. Looking to tweak the roster a bit more in the offseason lots of cap space to play with.

The top team in the Pacific is even better. We added a perennial 30 goal scorer in Viktor Arvidsson to our top 6 as well as shoring up our defense with the additions of Connor Murphy and Brenden Dillon. We we’re also able to move a bunch of dead weight.

Vote for the Canucks to retain their hold on the Pacific division lead!

Vote us in a playoff spot in the Pacific! Please.....

no but really yes we sacrificed some players but the big player we lost was Hertl and the rest weren’t core players. We upgraded the D with the additions of McCabe and Tryamkin and in the crease with the addition of Reimer. Yes we lost some skill up front but we added multiple young and hungry players that will give the effort the former Sharks team was missing. This team is all about effort and there’s some major talent up front to match the talent at D. We might not make the finals but we should be a bubble team at least.

This was a team that was third in the Metro and has now added 3 top 6 forwards and a good top 9 forward to an already deep team. So vote us first. Look at the depth!
