I'm sorry that I got too lazy to fill in every player in the chart. The fact that there were no players on the chart should have given you an idea that he never contacted me about his RFAs, and we all know that we auto-qualify all players for teams that have GMs that do nothing.

It was filled in at the start of Free Agency. That's how I knew Zucker wasn't qualified.
