shouldn't have been this hard, Flames have like no talent, their team is lead by 2 over the hill players in Kadri/Huberdeau - even Flames deep down know they shouldn't be in the playoffs.

I couldn't believe no one went after Zary for that hit or Lomberg for even trying to get to Hughes.

In the future, how would Hughes survive 4 rounds of playoffs hockey if no one protects him.

Should be a brawl every time anyone comes close to Hughes.

Good OT, really took care of the puck and just worn the crap out of the flames.

To be fair the team has been soft for a long time, going back to the end of the SCF. We only have Myers suddenly being super dirty out of the blue. Petey and Hughes have been manhandled more times than I can count without any push back.

Thankfully they grew a set between the 2nd and 3rd and showed up. Full credit to the D corp - absolutely all stepped up. Lanks was very good. Petey, Hoglander, Garland were great, Suter, Blueger, Joshua were good. The rest ok. Boeser needs more looks.

Everybody including the announcers missed it on first pass, it was sneaky dirty. I didn't notice it at all until they ran the replay.
