So great to see a convincing win against a very good team. I was worried they were going to fold to good competition again but they changed that. The Phaneuf trade did wonders.

Three rookies on the third line with 2 of them having less than half a season in the NHL? Would have to be very careful with that line if the Kings made the playoffs. Not that any of them are poor defensively but playoffs are a different animal.

That would be extremely stupid. They finally have two young players in the bottom six who can pose as a threat offensively and can generate scoring chances, and have made Andreoff look good in that process.

With Mersch, Gravel and LaDue all up, I’d imagine they’d look at sending those guys down.

If everyone is healthy up front, Mersch is the 15th forward. If they're going Doughty, Martinez, and Folin on the right side, and Gravel can play both sides, LaDue has no place. My guess would be it's Mersch and LaDue. Everyone has to get and stay healthy though.

If the Kings make the playoffs you have to break them up but Amadio-Brodzinski have some real good chemistry so they should let that develop... personally, I’d drop Pearson there but CJS wouldn’t.

I like that third line a lot, but Amadio is still a wild card.
