dude this power play setup WTF

kovalchuk covering the right point?!?!

He was on the left point while Kopitar was holding the puck along the right boards, and didn't move anywhere. A couple steps to the left, and there was a lane open. But he just stood there. Kopitar didn't even try to force a pass to him either.

For this to work the Kings would need offensively talented players who are not over 30.

Would rather try it first before we come to that conclusion. Sharks score just fine and their best players have one foot in the grave.

saw that too, halfway through his shift he finally makes it there? this is coaching neutering players

They are saying Jack Hughes might be the next Patrick Kane.
I don't think the Kings will be that bad. The Coyotes are the odds on favorites.

After their great inaugural season watch Vegas miss the playoffs then get lucky in the draft lottery to land Hughes.

Doesn't Detroit have their first this year, after that horrible Tatar trade?

Man the Kings PP is so disgusting to watch! When your PP is doing a lot of board cycling of the puck, you are basically penalty killing your own PP! How hard is it to setup up Carter and Kovalchuk for shots?! You have the extra man on PP. Take advantage of the situation!
