I dunno you guys. Sergachev made a good move to get away from Brown, then Brown definitely changed the position of his knee to make contact. Dangerous play, and we wouldn't like it at all if Callahan did that to Doughty.

Which doesn't mean something did or didn't happen.

if sergachev isn't curled over reaching to keep a handle on the puck at maximum distance, that hit is straight through the shoulder
Disagree, Sergachev had clearly made a move which cleared him of the contact Brown originally intended to make. He surprised Brown with the move, and Brown reacted to make contact.

Kings were playing well, then f***ing blow it all with terrible penalties.

Toffoli hit- WHY

Brown hit- RECKLESS AND POINTLESS

Sorry, but something definitely happened on that one. I don't think Brown did it in a malicious way, but he definitely changed the angle of his skate to get a piece of Sergachev.

I never think Brown intentionally makes these hits, he's just an aggressive and reckless player.

Maybe this is with my homer eyes, but they posted a video of it on the main boards and it looks more skate to skate, ankle to ankle. Like a bad trip.

Things went downhill after it became 2-1. That 3 on 1 was pathetic.

I know, I'll stop it up on a 3 on 1 with the defender right in front of me.

How many weak goals is quick gonna give up before Stevens puts Kuemper back in?

Come on bro. Pay attention. This is why people were suggesting you were trolling last game.

They've been super pissy since Conacher dumped Martinez onto Quick but there's a lot of animosity down there. Stupid penalties for sure, but you can tell they're frustrated by the one-sided officiating and the shit luck.

Not saying that's an excuse and I wish they'd channel it better but I'm glad to see some emotion.

I haven't seen a replay yet but that's what I initially thought too, looked like Brown missed completely and just trucked his skate. But again I only saw it once, will review soon. I'll just say I reaaalllly wish he hadn't missed because Sergachev has been a f***ing coward all night and probably one of the reasons the Kings are so pissy so I wish Brownie would have connected to send the message he meant to send.

What don’t you understand? Kuemper was probably responsible for 1 goal against. Then Stevens takes him out for that and brings in Quick who only has played one good game in the last 10. Way to ruin a goalies confidence.
I think you greatly underestimate the skills of Kucherov. And he's already made some great saves.
