The only game in the last 8 that Demko has been over .900 was the one he hurt himself in. Goaltending made the score tonight look a lot worse than it should have been.
Team response physically was atrocious. Letting Zadorov go was just such a massive mistake.
It's looking more and more like the Pettersson of old was more a flash in the pan. I just don't get how his game completely fell off a cliff.

It’s proved to be a very accurate take.
Yeah we are not going anywhere right now with how Demko is playing anyways. Yeah he’s coming back from a pretty bad injury but he has not shown any signs so far at all that he’s adapting well to the changes and it’s super concerningThe more they lose the more the noise will intensify, and the closer we’ll get to a lopsided Miller trade. At this point I don’t even care if they get ripped off in a trade, I don’t like any players on the roster besides Hughes, Garland, and Sherwood. Get rid of Miller, get rid of Boeser, and use the rest of the season to see if Demko still has it or if they have to reevaluate their goaltending.
Imagine watching this game in full and your main takeaway being "Yeah, trading JT Miller fixes all of this."JT Miller can go anytime now, sick of this ******
82.35% tonight. I didn't see the game, but the fact this stat keeps getting worse is doubleplus ungood.I'm worried about Demko.
Trading him is not going to fix this team. The whole core needs to go and Tocchet can f!!k offJT Miller can go anytime now, sick of this ******
What did Garland do?The whole garland thing with the media and Oilers fans and then this game was just utterly embarrassing.
Honestly felt like if it was last years Demko, probably would’ve given up only 2 goals.82.35% tonight. I didn't see the game, but the fact this stat keeps getting worse is doubleplus ungood.

Boeser 100000% has to be traded at the deadline. If they don't, it will be worse than the Hamhuis non-trade.There just needs to be trades soon. They HAVE to be listening on Pettersson, and I wouldn’t be surprised to start hearing noise come out on Boeser/Demko too. Also wouldn’t be surprised if Hoglander was flipped as a random trade.
I don’t think any of us are physios… but given the major hip surgery he’s already had in his career—it is easy to believe that he’s had to compensate his movements in other ways that may have damaged other parts of his lower body.Today I learned, the popletius is in the hips.
we need to get rid of some dead weights like Desharnais and Heinan first. There just needs to be trades soon. They HAVE to be listening on Pettersson, and I wouldn’t be surprised to start hearing noise come out on Boeser/Demko too. Also wouldn’t be surprised if Hoglander was flipped as a random trade.
By the way, the Canucks are single handedly responsible for securing the Hart trophy for Draisaitl.
Because they surrendered 5 points to him in 2 games, plus they prevented McDavid from playing 3 games.
So Draisaitl has opened up a 9 point lead on McDavid when it was originally just a 2 point lead headed into the game on Saturday.
Draisaitl having separation from McDavid in the scoring race was the main thing preventing him from being the Hart favorite.
Sooooo what did I miss besides an ass whooping?
