Speaking of ugly, how is a penalty not called there for goalie interference?

should have counted IMO, quick saw him coming, he did hit the back of his leg but Quick knew he was going to get tapped and dove, then figured he had an excuse to go ape **** against the guy. Glad it didnt count, but i think it should have. If nothing else, i could see goalie interfence and diving being called
