Demko is naturally good but there's a huge difference between him now and before his injury.

I figure were going to be seeing give up a bad goal game from here on out

Terrible rebound on 1st goal.
2nd goal went in over him at 5 miles per hour
OT goal was a weak backhand on the ice by a defensman.

He made big saves but let in 3 shit goals too. He wasn’t great.

how is this a mentally fragile loss? Miller went gung ho with high risk plays and the tail end of a minute long shift and then lost the game going the other way. It was selfish and him and Garland wouldn't get off the ice. That's why they lost.

Soucy actually dumped the puck in on 3 on 3 OT at one point too, lol.

This was a selfish loss and the coach is responsible too.

I had to go rewatch the Myers penalty. What an absolute weak call. You can't tell me game management doesn't exist in today hockey! Not only that, none of the penalties taken by both clubs tonight I thought were a penalty. The refs should just let the teams play.

Demko was solid. Probably should of had that last one but he kept us in it.

Garland had his chances to finish this one off, if only he could bury one of his 5.

Miller really needs to know when to get off of the ice.

Tochett needs to get over his obsession with Myers. Once again in the dying minutes.. COME ON!!!

Overall a really boring game, exciting finish, disappointing result.

Canucks blew it in this one.
I've lost a degree of enjoyment due to the Benning saga and now the officiating is making me hate the game itself. There's something seriously broken with this league.

Could it also be that this team has never won anything in a half century and if we are using history to prognosticate likely won’t win a cup in our lives ?

I get players don't all have to be friends, but if the coach can't get the team to play for one another. Then what type of job is he doing? It's maybe job number 1 and Tocc is failing it miserably.

This is before we even mention the awful defence evaluation.

Going into that OT, he had 1.51 goals above expected. Taking it in conjunction with the eye test, I'd say he was really damn good tonight and that his play is the reason why it was a tie game headed into the 2nd period.

Unlucky loss. Another horrific call, a bad bounce, some leaky goals from Demmer (who was otherwise great).

The 1st unit PP has been killing them, the Sedins used to get this team timely PP goals which won them games they didn't deserve, or close out a game when things are teetering.

Tonight at 2-1 they get a key opportunity & do nothing. The 2nd unit getting a goal is great but 1st unit has too much talent not to make a difference at key moments.

I think Petey should be on it instead of JT, far too stagnant with JT, they move the puck around more with Petey.
