I mean miller needs to do better but tocchets going to literally tell them the solution is just to run down the clock and go to a shootout. I dont like that either.

They let the game slip, and it was a deserved loss.

The type of game to piss off the fans for sure. (Not their first time)

Duncan
Dam, that was mostly a very miserable game. The lack of finish is challenging to watch and then the reffing almost across the board was terrible. I think what the league needs is moar expansion.

Canucks needed to play like boy scouts with how the refs were calling them but Myers stupidly takes a needless penalty which cost them the game

A reminder to the haters that if Petey stayed on that long and then coasted back like that people would be going for his head right now and would be talking about it for a week.

Not that thats reasonable here. Couldve won like half a dozen times there, Garland had so many empty nets it got kind of crazy he didnt put it in by the end. Bad one for Demmer there... but no blame for anyone really, stuff happens.

Utah is a team we're probably going to be in a competition with for a wild card seed, losing this one genuinely sucks.

twice in OT petey bee-lined it to the bench early after we lost possession, missing out on a second chance opportunity when we quickly regained possession

is something up with his conditioning or is it a confidence thing where he is just not feeling like he can press?

Everybody’s gonna blame JT Miller, but Garland should have had that, and he backcheck hard at the end he was just gassed.

He should’ve probably came off, but I’m not gonna fault the guy for wanting to go out and win the game

Seems afraid to make the wrong play in OT, he's been burned in the past

Unfortunately Demko should have had the last two. Sucks because he played great the rest of the game.

Needed to bury one of their many chances in OT, and Miller maybe shouldn’t have made that play with 15 seconds left.

Top 6 hasn’t scored in 3 games now, unless you want to call Sasson a top 6 forward. All of them need to be better - you really can’t expect to win when that’s happening. Miller was out way too long in OT.

On the other side, good effort again from the bottom 6. When you get a goal from Heinen and Joshua, you’d want your top guys have enough in them to put the game away.

Demko was good, puck moving again is all over the place from the d.

Myers is really dragging down Hughes right now, February can’t come soon enough. Really need Hronek back so that Hughes can make a pass to the RD without being worried it’s going to lead to a turnover every time.

3 on 3 was entertaining for once, but it still sucks.
