Everyone wants to blame the "System". The system doesn't make you battle or care. No system is going solve that, or coach.

That's where you're wrong. While it is on the players for their performance, you have to remember, a lot of what happens on the ice comes from the coach. The lack of direction, zero fundamentals, and awful ice time distribution is on the coach.

Carter is almost 34 coming off a major injury. He did so much good for the Kings, but I think maybe time to lower the expectations going forward. He is still a 2nd line asset, but the days of having two 1 C's are probably over.
