oh does this have one of those weird cartridge style oil filters? like it doesn't screw in like a normal one? you plop the filter in some sort of cylinder and close the cylinder around it? might be stuck with a worse selection if so, OEM from the dealer is always safe for filters

yeah those are those cartridge style filters, i'm not super familiar with them. i deal with old japanese stuff, that style filter is more modern
